Transantiago: before and after

Hi! Today the topic is not one of my favorite, but I have to do it anyway.
Transantiago is a very controversial theme, because some people think that this transport system is not working well since that it began.
I think transantigo have good and bad points like everything, and it will work better with the time, because is very very different compared with the old system. For example in previous system you have to pay with money, and in Transantiago you pay with a card called BIP!, you have to put some money in the card and then you can use it.

I think that a really good point of transantiago system is that you can do many combinations with buses and the subway and you only pay one of this.

Transantiago has improved since the beginning, because the frequency of the buses has increased, and because of that people waits less and the buses are not so full.

Before the start of transantiago I really like to use the subway, because was very fast and It wasn't very full, but when the transantiago began everybody start to use the subway and every moment, so now use the subway is really disgusting, it is to much hot, and people push you all the time, but it still being faster than buses.
